Festivals From India is hiring a Partner Success Lead for their client ASIGN in Chennai. The ideal candidate will own the full life-cycle of Asign’s channel-partner ecosystem—from recruiting and onboarding new APN partners to driving their engagement, performance, and retention. To be the face of the program, translating Asign’s art-tech offering into clear value for interior designers, advisors, brokers, and other tastemakers across India and the Gulf.

Please note :

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in channel / partner success, affiliate management, or B2B business-development roles.
  • Proven track record of hitting recruitment and revenue targets through external partner networks.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication; able to simplify a technical or premium product for nonexperts.
  • Hands-on experience with a modern CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and basic dataanalysis skills (Excel / Sheets).
  • Strong process mindset—comfortable building onboarding journeys, playbooks, and scalable enablement content.
  • High EQ : adept at coaching, resolving conflicts, and keeping partners motivated.
  • Willingness to travel for partner events, showcases, and trade fairs (20–30 % of time)
