We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to become part of our team.
The chosen individual will head the development and implementation of Java-based applications using SQL, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks. They will work with interdisciplinary teams to design, construct, and sustain effective, reusable, and dependable code that aligns with client demands and project goals.

Responsibilities
- Head the design and development of Java-based applications using SQL, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and deliver new features
- Develop clean, scalable, and efficient code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance code for improved performance and scalability
- Mentor and support junior developers with coding best practices and design patterns
- Review code to ensure compliance with coding standards and guidelines
- Engage in requirement gathering and analysis
- Create and implement unit tests to ensure code reliability
- Integrate software components with third-party programs
- Ensure code quality, organization, and automation are maintained
- Enhance applications for optimal speed and scalability
- Pursue continuous improvement by exploring new technologies and alternatives
- Document development phases and monitor systems
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables
