Description : About the Role

We are seeking seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultants with strong expertise in Benefits and Compensation modules.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge, hands-on implementation experience, and a strong ability to partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support activities for Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits and Compensation modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
• Conduct functional workshops, user training, and UAT support for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, integrations, and reporting teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide functional expertise for production support.
• Maintain documentation including solution design, configurations, test scenarios, and knowledge artifacts.
• Stay updated with new Oracle Cloud HCM features and quarterly updates; assess impact and propose adoption strategies.
