• Invoice Processing : Oversee invoice payment operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Compliance : Conduct quality control audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• KPI Achievement : Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Issue Resolution : Act as the main point of contact for issues and queries related to accounts payable.
• Process Improvement : Document procedures and review processes periodically to ensure efficiency and compatibility with actual operations.
