Generative AI Developer

About the Role : We are seeking a

Generative AI Developer / Architect

with strong expertise in building and deploying GenAI solutions with 4+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will combine

hands-on AI / ML engineering skills

with the ability to design scalable architectures, implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and optimize AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement

AI-powered solutions

leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI search frameworks.

Build and manage

data ingestion pipelines

using Azure Blob Storage and related services.

Develop

Agentic AI systems

with triggered mechanisms and orchestration for automation.

Apply best practices for

hallucination mitigation

and model performance optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills : Proven expertise in

Generative AI architectures

(RAG, AI search, Agentic AI).

Hands-on experience with

Azure AI ecosystem

(Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, OpenAI / Azure OpenAI).

Strong knowledge of

prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks

(LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).

Ability to design solutions addressing

real-world AI challenges

like hallucination mitigation.

Good understanding of

data structures, algorithms, and Python programming fundamentals

(dict operations, multithreading, GIL).

4+ Years of experience.

Multiple locations in India.

Good to Have : Experience in

cloud-native development

(AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Familiarity with

microservices and API integration

for AI solutions.

Strong problem-solving mindset with a balance of

theoretical and practical knowledge .
