Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can focus on our Institutional Business marketing and help create better engagement and recall. This is not a cookie-cutter marketing job - it’s a chance to shape and communicate a unique mission-driven offering to CXOs, plant heads, HR leaders, and business owners.
Your focus will be on content-driven marketing : creating impactful decks, case studies, site stories, videos and digital assets that strengthen relationships with existing clients and open doors to new ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Storytelling
- Develop compelling case studies, client presentations, and thought-leadership decks.
- Translate technical / impact data into engaging narratives for decision-makers.
- Build content for the website, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
- Design & Presentation Excellence
- Create visually powerful PPT decks (not just slides - strategic storytelling).
- Repurpose content into infographics, one-pagers, brochures, and videos.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Digital Marketing & Client Engagement
- Manage company LinkedIn accounts—curate content, build engagement, track analytics.
- Collaborate with leadership to prepare client pitches and sector-specific narratives .
- Support corporate gifting campaigns and wellness program marketing.
- Innovation & Tools
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, design / automation software) to enhance productivity.
- Explore new content formats—short videos, carousels, and case films.
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing / corporate communication / content-driven roles .Strong design sense with proven expertise in creating presentation decks .Excellent written communication skills—ability to simplify ideas and impact numbers.Familiarity with AI tools for content / design is a big plus.Self-driven, eager to learn, and aligned with personal growth .Exposure to wellness, sustainability, or purpose-driven sectors is an advantage.Why Join Us?
