Senior Specialist, Digital Innovation (UI / UX)

Celanese is dedicated to creating exceptional digital experiences for our users. We are looking for a UX / UI Designer to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products. You will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for digital products such as websites, mobile apps, and software interfaces. Your primary focus is enhancing user satisfaction and usability by improving the accessibility, efficiency, and aesthetics of the product.

Responsibilities 职责 :

• Gathering insights into user needs and preferences through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Develop and implement innovative methods to improve the end-to-end user experience for our applications and systems.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user satisfaction. This may include A / B testing and heuristic analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers and marketers to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design and technology.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and practices within Celanese.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (., responsiveness).
• Standardize the measurement of customer satisfaction across multiple applications.
