We have an opportunity for a Hospital Administrator in Vapi Location.

Job Description

We are seeking a result-oriented and experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic management of hospital services. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient resource utilization, superior patient care standards, statutory compliance, and operational excellence across clinical and non-clinical functions.

1. Oversee and manage the daily functioning of all hospital departments including OPD, IPD, Emergency, Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance.

2. Ensure smooth execution of hospital workflows, SOPs, and service delivery protocols.

3. Monitor patient admission-discharge cycles, bed management, and overall patient flow. 4.Clinical & Support Coordination

Skills

1.Medical degree (MBBS / BHMS / BUMS / BDS) from a recognized medical school.

2.Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management, hospital administration, or public

health (e.G., MBA, MPH, MHA) prefer red.

3.Valid medical license to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.

4.Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 to 3 years of experience in

hospital management or health care administration.

5.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6.Knowledge of healthcare policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.

7.Ability to analyse complex issues, make sound decisions, and implement effective

solutions.
