We are looking for a Product Management - Manager to be part of the Value Acceleration Process , focusing on operational excellence, pricing strategy, and product management in the specialty portfolio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive demand planning and pricing efficiency
- Lead and coordinate new product launches
- Resolve daily operational issues while ensuring process efficiency
- Prepare and analyze business performance reports and KPIs
- Collaborate with supply planning and sourcing teams for product prioritization
- Track ROCE and support financial decision-making
- Prepare impactful Board-level presentations
- Act as a bridge between principal and subsidiary
- Mentor and guide junior team members
