Job Description :

Customer Ask : WSO2 as Identity Server

• WSO2 is used as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform for authentication and authorization across multiple applications and environments (production, staging, non-production, DR, etc.).
• The customer expects the MSP to provide end-to-end operational support, including :

o Day-to-day management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of WSO2 services.

o Ensuring high availability, security, and compliance of the identity infrastructure.

o Supporting integrations with other enterprise systems (e.G., SSO, federation, MFA, user lifecycle management).

o Managing upgrades, patches, and vulnerability remediation for WSO2 and its plugins.

o Maintaining documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for all WSO2-related operations.

o Supporting audits, compliance checks, and reporting as per Client’s policies.
