Job descriptionThe Solver Squad is a core group of expert engineers responsible for tackling our most complex client projects, building mission-critical internal platforms, and setting the standard for technical excellence. As a Lead, you won't just manage projects; Lead Technical Design & Development : Architect and lead the end-to-end development of scalable, cloud-native applications. You'll guide the team on technical decisions while remaining hands-on, contributing high-quality, production-grade code. Build Full-Stack Solutions : Drive the implementation of front-end experiences ( React, Angular, Vue ) and backend micro-services ( Node.Js, Python, Go, Java ) that are built for performance and extensibility. Mentor & Elevate the Team : Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. Lead code reviews, promote best practices in testing and security ( OWASP, CI / CD ), and guide the team's professional growth. Drive Cloud-Native & API-First Architecture : Be the expert in designing stateless, loosely coupled services optimized for GCP and AWS (e.G., Cloud Run, Lambda, ECS). Champion robust REST / gRPC API design and implementation. Partner with Clients & Stakeholders : Act as a key technical partner for our clients. Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, manage project deliverables using agile methodologies , and ensure successful project outcomes. Innovate and Build Reusable IP : Spearhead the creation of reusable assets, frameworks, and code libraries that accelerate future projects and establish our unique technical advantage. The Solution Architect : This persona deconstructs ambiguous client problems or business goals into clear, scalable, and elegant technical designs. They don't just write code; The Player-Coach : As a hands-on leader, this persona leads from the front by writing exemplary code while simultaneously mentoring and elevating the skills of the entire team. Their success is measured not only by their own contributions but by their ability to foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Pragmatic Innovator : This individual balances a passion for modern technology with a sharp focus on business outcomes. They champion new tools and techniques where they add real value but are disciplined enough to choose stable, proven solutions to meet deadlines and deliver robust, maintainable products. The Client-Facing Technologist : This persona acts as the crucial technical bridge between the engineering squad and the client. They build trust by listening actively, explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms, and consistently demonstrating how engineering decisions align with the client's strategic goals. The Quality Craftsman : This individual possesses an unwavering commitment to excellence and treats software development as a craft. They are the guardian of the team's standards, advocating for robust testing, secure coding practices (OWASP), and clean, maintainable code to ensure the long-term health and reliability of the product. A minimum of 4+ years in professional software engineering and end-to-end product development, with a portfolio to back it up. AI-Native Expertise : Demonstrable experience building AI-driven solutions . You must be proficient in using AI coding assistants (e.G., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) in your daily workflow. Business Impact : A track record of solving complex, challenging business problems and delivering solutions that provide measurable value. Client-Facing Acumen : You have direct experience working in a client-facing role , confidently translating business needs into technical specifications and managing stakeholder expectations. Multi-Cloud Proficiency : Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying scalable solutions on at least one major cloud platform : AWS, GCP, or Azure . Technical Excellence : Deep expertise in modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), programming languages, and frameworks, coupled with a history of delivering complex projects on time .
