Experience Level : 5+ years.

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in Security Operations (SecOps) and a strong command of the broader ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, build, and implement advanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on the Security Operations (SecOps) suite.
  • Develop dynamic user experiences using Service Portal, UI Builder, and AngularJS widgets.
  • Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, script includes, scripted REST APIs, and server-side logic.
  • Drive integration and automation using Import Sets, asynchronous transformations, and custom APIs.
  • Collaborate within Agile / Scrum teams to refine requirements, develop user stories, and deliver secure, performant solutions.
  • Ensure optimal platform performance by adhering to best practices for scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • 2+ years working specifically with the SecOps module (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, etc.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, and REST API integration.
  • Experience with Service Portal development and configuration.
  • Familiarity with modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITBM, Custom Applications, or Employee Center Portal is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.

    • Solid expertise in :

  • Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts.
  • Scripted REST APIs and asynchronous processing.
  • Import / Export Sets.
  • Custom widget creation and Service Portal theming.

    • Preferred Attributes :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience working on security workflows, vulnerability management, or threat intelligence integrations is highly desirable.
