Job Title : HR Executive / HR Generalist

Job Summary :

We are looking for an HR professional experienced in end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills to support all aspects of the employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.

Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.

Assist in payroll processing , attendance, and leave management.

Support performance management and appraisal cycles.

Handle employee engagement activities and grievance management.

Ensure HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliances are followed.

Prepare and maintain HR reports , dashboards, and documentation.

Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and HR initiatives.
