Job Title : ServiceNow OTM Lead

Location : PAN INDIA

Work Mode : Hybrid Mode

Experience : 8+years (6 years Relevant)

Job Type : Contract to hire (C2H)

Notice Period : - Immediate joiners

8 to 11 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprisewide multitier ServiceNow production environment

Minimum 8 to 11 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience

Roles Responsibilities

Good Understanding and hands on implementing Midserver configuration CMDB Discovery Service Graph ConnectorSGC

Good knowledge and understanding on Networking concepts DMZ zone PublicPrivateHybrid Cloud environment etc

Basic understanding on how Industrial control system works and OT network functions Idea on Purdue Model architecture

Good to have Prior experience on implementing OT Visibility and OT Asset Management OT Service Management module in ServiceNow

Basic understanding on Windows LinuxUNIX administrations and PowerShell scripting

Moderate understanding on Database level architecture how to write SQL queries

Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes Script includes Business rule script action etc

Configuration and enhancements capability on the ServiceNow CMDB ITOM modular platform

Develop ServiceNow ITOM configuration including CMDB Data alignment automated data population data import etc

Document every development configuration and technical details prepare training material for project

Good to have Implementing the CSDM framework for Operational Technology an endtoend data alignment process document including CMDB CSDM process and procedures

Develop training material and train necessary stakeholders on the new process and procedures

Help in identifying issues gathering data analysing and presenting solutions

Work closely with architect to ensure technically feasible solutions

Represent project stakeholders throughout planning development and release processes
