Role Description
This is a contract-based remote Junior Recruiter role. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates for a variety of roles. Daily tasks include posting job ads, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring managers with their recruitment needs. The individual will also play a key role in updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and the hiring team.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, including experience with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Organizational Skills to manage multiple roles, track progress, and meet deadlines
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and current market trends
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in contract-based recruitment is a plus
