Azure Engineer Level 2

Job Description : Responsibilities :

• 4+ years of experience in customer and technical support.
• Good working knowledge on Azure and Azure related technologies.
• Managing Azure Tenants, VM, Storage and Network operations.
• Infra Monitoring.
• System Administration up to Level 1.
• Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration.
• Experience with Hyper-V or VMWare configuration and administration.
• Windows Server OS Administration up to Level 1.
• Windows scripting or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Security, OS Internals concepts.
• Familiarity with IIS and HTTP protocol.
• Understanding of Storage technologies (cloud and / or on premises).
• Understanding of RDP / SSH.
• Handle Level L1 issues and adhere to escalation matrix.
• Understanding and follow ITSM / ITGC process.
• ITSM tool for ticketing.
• Coordinate with L2 / L3 team for escalation.
• Maintaining good client relations.
• Tracking and managing work records.
• Compiling job reports.
