This role is focused on the technical configuration, integration, and extension development necessary to support a modern CX landscape across the European time zone.

Required Technical Skills & Expertise :
SAP CX Proficiency : 4 + years SAP CRM or C4HANA technical configuration and implementation experience is required.
Integration (Mandatory) : Strong, proven Integration skills (IDOC, OData, API) for linking cloud and on-premise systems.
Extension Technology : Practical knowledge of Fiori / UI5 development and exposure to the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for cloud-native extensions.
Marketing Exposure (Preferred) : Exposure to SAP Emarsys / Marketing Automation tools and their technical integration points
