ThoughtSpot - Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Senior Technical Program Manager to support our Research & Development (R&D) team.

This is an individual contributor role and will work closely with the leadership team to manage cross-functional technical projects, optimize operational processes.

The role requires strong knowledge of software development methodologies, cloud technologies, excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do :

• Project Management
• Drive engineering programs and releases from idea to delivery to deployment.
• Shall be responsible for defining the program governance.
• Champion long-term, scalable processes that support the growing needs of our company.
• Drive the prioritization, scope, and schedule of product activities, working closely with architects and engineering leads.
• Experience in managing challenging stakeholders and provide regular executive reports on program performance to senior management.
• Go-to-person for all Project related information.
