Job Description :

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex technical projects within our fast-paced and competitive environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of projects across the entire value chain, leveraging Agile methodologies from strategic planning through to successful implementation. You will integrate quickly into our organization, proactively identifying and resolving barriers that impact development teams, and collaborating on effective mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive and manage complex technical projects with a minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Program Manager, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving delivery outcomes in a fast-paced and competitive setting.
  • Take ownership of the timely and efficient execution of projects across the value chain, from initial strategy to final implementation, utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Quickly integrate into the organization to assess project landscapes, identify roadblocks, and work collaboratively with development teams to define and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Successfully handle and deliver complex technology projects, ideally within a heavily matrixed organization, showcasing strong leadership and the ability to lead effectively to meet delivery objectives.
  • Lead large, cross-functional teams with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities across multiple teams and functions.
  • Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management skills, effectively communicating project progress, risks, and reports to all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrate superior communication skills, including the ability to drive and lead functional and technical discussions with Engineering, Product, and QA teams critical to successful delivery.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes aimed at improving overall team productivity and efficiency.
  • Apply strong knowledge and practical experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Leverage strong coaching abilities and team-building skills to drive the adoption and effective implementation of agile scrum methodologies within teams.
  • Apply comprehensive knowledge of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various Agile techniques such as User Stories, Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI / CD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Testing, and Automated Testing.
  • Utilize knowledge of backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, and user stories to effectively manage and track project progress.
  • Demonstrate strong engineering acumen, evidenced by a degree or background in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that important details are not overlooked and do not

derail project timelines or objectives.

  • Consistently follow through on commitments, upholding verbal and written agreements.
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability, adjusting quickly to changing priorities and conditions, and coping effectively with complexity and change, particularly within a dynamic environment.
  • Required Skills :

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Program Manager driving and managing complex projects.
  • Proven experience in driving development processes to achieve delivery outcomes in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Experience in the timely and efficient execution of projects across the value chain using Agile Methodology.
  • Ability to quickly integrate into an organization to assess and unblock barriers affecting developers, working on mitigation strategies.
  • Experience handling and delivering complex tech projects, ideally within a heavily matrixed organization, demonstrating effective leadership.
  • Successful track record of leading large cross-functional teams with the ability to manage priorities across multiple teams and functions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate Project progress / risks / reports to all organization levels.
  • Superior communication skills, including driving and leading functional / technical discussions with Engineering / Product / QA teams.
  • Experience in developing tools / processes to improve team productivity.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Agile Methodology and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc.
  • Strong coaching abilities and team-building skills to drive adoption of agile scrum methodology.
  • Knowledge of the entire SDLC, Agile Techniques (User Stories, CI / CD, BDD, TDD, Continuous Testing,
