Technical Program Manager

Job Description :

The Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Systems will be responsible for leading the deployment, customization, and adoption of ERP across multiple functions This role requires a strong understanding of business systems architecture, manufacturing and warehouse operations, supply chain management, financial reporting, and industry best practices to ensure a robust and scalable implementation.

The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, to optimize workflows and enhance business Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations.
• Work closely with IT, vendors, and consultants to drive customization, integration, and deployment of modules.
• Ensure seamless integration with finance, supply chain, sales, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
• Develop a structured change management and user training plan to facilitate adoption across teams.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success and optimize ERP performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the ERP implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring smooth execution.
• Stay updated on ERP advancements and industry trends to drive continuous Qualifications & Experience :
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, ERP implementation, or business systems architecture.
• Prior experience with Odoo ERP or other enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, supply chain processes, and operational workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with business process re-engineering and ERP integrations.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data-driven insights.
