Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dell Boomi Integration Developer with at least 5 years of experience in building and managing integration solutions between Salesforce and various ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable integrations using Dell Boomi and will have hands-on experience with both cloud and on-premise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end integration solutions using Dell Boomi AtomSphere.
  • Integrate Salesforce CRM with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or others).
  • Analyze business and technical requirements to create effective integration strategies.
  • Build and maintain APIs, connectors, and integration processes for real-time and batch data exchange.
  • Ensure data consistency, quality, and security across integrated systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes and workflows for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and ERP / CRM teams.
  • Participate in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
  • Maintain documentation related to integration processes, mappings, and workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform.
  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with one or more ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of web services (REST / SOAP), XML, JSON, XSLT, and API management.
  • Experience working with Boomi Process Reporting, Process Monitoring, and Exception Handling.
  • Solid knowledge of data mapping, data transformation, and data governance practices.
  • Experience with Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and cloud / on-premise deployment models.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data models, objects, and API integration best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Boomi Developer or Architect Certification.
  • Experience with Boomi B2B / EDI integrations.
  • Experience with master data management (MDM) tools or practices.
  • Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices in integration deployment.
  • Knowledge of data security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
