Now, our tech partner is establishing a new AI Innovation Hub in Pune, India, and we are hiring AI Business Analysts to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical AI teams. The roles are central to shaping how AI solutions are scoped, delivered, and adopted across a rapidly scaling tech firm, ensuring that innovation translates into measurable business value.

You will collaborate closely with global product, engineering, and data science teams, working directly with senior stakeholders to capture requirements, design workflows, and ensure that AI-driven platforms meet customer and enterprise needs. From day one, you will be embedded in high-impact projects, supporting the rollout of AI-native products and platforms across financial services, energy and retail.

Location : Offices in Pune, India (with global collaboration across the US and UK)

What You Will Lead and Deliver :

Partner with business and product stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into detailed AI solution requirements

Analyse, document, and optimise workflows where AI, GenAI, and automation can create measurable business impact

Support data-driven decision making by mapping business processes to data models, ensuring quality and alignment with AI applications

Work alongside engineering and data teams to validate requirements, track progress, and ensure successful delivery of AI-enabled platforms

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for AI projects, ensuring adoption and commercial outcomes are measurable

Act as the voice of the customer and the business within technical teams, ensuring solutions are user-centric, compliant, and scalable

Support change management, training, and stakeholder adoption initiatives as AI solutions roll out globally
