We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing team at Earnifi. If you’ve built your foundation at a Big 4 firm and are ready to take full ownership of financial operations in a fast-moving fintech, managing books, cash, and reporting across two countries, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end financial operations across Earnifi’s U.S. and India entities.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable (AP / AR); work closely with our U.S. accounting partner and help establish local accounting operations in India.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closes, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee cash flow management, including intercompany fund movement, liquidity forecasting, and FX planning.
  • Manage our revolving credit facility, tracking drawdowns, repayments, and lender compliance.
  • Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, scenario planning, and growth analysis.
  • Implement and refine internal controls and accounting systems as we scale.
  • Partner with leadership on board, investor, and compliance reporting.
  • Support audits, tax filings, and ongoing risk management initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in accounting, audit, or FP&A, ideally starting at a Big 4 firm (EY, PwC, KPMG, or Deloitte).
  • CA or CPA required.
  • Understanding of U.S. GAAP or U.S. accounting standards preferred but not required.
  • Strong grasp of Indian accounting standards, with experience consolidating multi-entity operations.
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and Excel / modeling skills; ability to translate numbers into insights.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments.
