As we expand, we are looking for a seasoned Company Secretary to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping compliance and governance frameworks for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to deliver end-to-end corporate secretarial and compliance services
• Organize and manage board meetings, general meetings, and draft notices, agenda, minutes, and resolutions
• Ensure statutory filings with MCA / ROC and regulatory bodies are timely and accurate
• Conduct secretarial audits, due diligence, and governance health checks
• Advise clients on Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, LLP Act, and evolving regulatory frameworks
• Draft and review agreements, governance policies, and compliance documents
• Collaborate with auditors, legal counsels, and internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
• Proactively share insights on regulatory changes and help clients stay future-ready
