Role Description

This full-time hybrid role of Medical Programs Manager is based in Mumbai / Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The role entails planning, overseeing, and managing medical training programs, both in-person and virtual, to meet professional learning needs. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare leaders to design meaningful program content, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring program performance, and ensuring alignment with Medical Learning Hub’s goals. The manager will focus on expanding partnerships, improving outreach, and analyzing outcomes for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Program management and planning skills, including the ability to organize, execute, and oversee training modules
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities, with skills in relationship management
• Content development and educational strategy skills
• Experience in tracking program performance, data collection, and reporting analytics
• Knowledge of healthcare education and continuing medical education practices
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Healthcare, Public Health, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare training, educational technology, or program coordination is desirable
