Key Responsibilities

 Review and approve vendor invoices related to Q-Commerce operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with E-invoicing requirements.

 Verify that rates mentioned in Purchase Orders (POs) and Invoices align with the terms of the agreements / contracts signed with Q-Commerce partners.

 Track each shipment from dispatch to Goods Receipt Note (GRN) generation and ensure timely invoice acceptance by the Q-Commerce team.

 Prepare and monitor forecasted cash inflows in line with the agreed payment settlement terms with Q-Commerce partners.

 Act as the primary finance liaison for coordination with Q-Commerce partners regarding financial transactions, settlements, and issue resolution.

 Perform monthly reconciliation of payments and ledgers to ensure accurate financial reporting.

 Maintain oversight of inventory levels held by Q-Commerce partners, ensuring proper record keeping, reconciliation, and valuation.

Qualifications

 B-Com, M-Com or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of working experience in accounting role

 Good understanding of O2C process, specifically for B2B business

 Ability to perform ledger and inventory reconciliation

 Ability to effectively collaborate across departments and liaise with Q-Com Partners

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally ERP
