Job description

Title - Frontend Engineer

Type - Contract

Location - Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-quality frontend applications using Angular .
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
  • Build reusable, testable, and efficient UI components and libraries.
  • Optimize application performance for scalability, speed, and responsiveness.
  • Implement best practices in frontend security, accessibility, and cloud-native architecture.
  • Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure high code quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the frontend stack.
  • Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular (latest versions), HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Experience with Node.js for API integration and backend interaction.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , microservices, and cloud-native application patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for frontend deployment.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket).
  • Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
