Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Sourcing Specialist located in New Delhi. The Junior Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates, evaluating procurement needs, conducting contract negotiations, and applying analytical skills to assess sourcing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing candidate applications, negotiating contracts with suppliers, and collaborating with the procurement team to meet organizational needs.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus
• 6 months - 1 year of experience.
