Oh, and in 2025, we were ranked the 9th best place to work… so we must be doing something right.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Operations teams with order processing, customer coordination, and backend sales operations. This role involves validating orders, tracking deliveries, managing customer invoicing queries, and ensuring timely updates through Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent follow-through, and experience handling coordination with OEMs and internal stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesOrder Validation & ProcessingValidate Close-Won quotes against customer Purchase Orders (POs).Process deals in Salesforce (SFDC) and ensure accurate close-won updates.Send Day 0 and Day 1 close-won notifications to the extended internal team.Manage data scrubbing and monitor all existing customer orders.Customer Coordination & InvoicingHandle and resolve customer invoicing queries in coordination with internal teams.Provide regular updates to customers on order status, ETAs, and delivery schedules via calls / emails and weekly meetings.Support Field Sales with customer communications and ensure seamless end-to-end coordination.Quote & Internal CoordinationFollow up with Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) for quotes; flag delays exceeding 48 hours .Work closely with CSEs , Supply Chain PM, and On-site PM to move orders forward.Maintain coordination between Field Sales, Inside Sales, Project Delivery, Service Delivery, and Accounts Receivable teams.Logistics, Delivery & OEM CoordinationCoordinate drop-ship orders with OEMs; prior experience with Dell, HP, Cisco is a strong plus.Track all deliveries and ensure order loading is completed correctly.Manage documentation and deliveries for DTA, FTWZ, and SEZ locations.Tools & PlatformsSalesforce experience is mandatory.Experience with CCW or other vendor / customer technical tools is an advantage.Strong Excel skills (preferably with Wipro-style proficiency).Planning & ReportingSupport Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities by aligning diverse internal functions.Ensure timely follow-up on
