Job descriptionPrepare files for print and digital platforms, ensuring quality and brand consistency. Maintain and organize design files and project documentation. Work closely with the creative and marketing team to understand briefs and contribute ideas. Incorporate feedback and iterate designs accordingly. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and software updates. Contribute new ideas that push creative boundaries. 0–1 year of design experience or relevant internship experience. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other key design tools. Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual composition. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and execution. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Figma. Understanding of social media trends and content formats. Experience with branding or visual identity projects. Interest in motion graphics or basic animation. Willingness to adapt to different creative styles and brand voices.
Work Timings : 10 : 15 am – 7 : 15 pm
Working Days : Monday – Friday (1st and 3rd Saturdays are working; 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays are off)
Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai (5 minutes from Railway Station)
Reports To : Sr. Graphic Designer
Work Mode : 100% Work from Office
Age Criteria : Upto 25 years

About the Role :
As a Jr. Graphic Designer based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, you will be responsible for creating visually impactful designs across digital, print, and social media platforms. You'll work closely with the marketing and branding team to bring creative concepts to life while aligning with IIDE’s visual identity.

- Support photo retouching, image sourcing, and mockup creation.
