Role Overview
We Are Looking For a Motivated Lead Generation & Appointment Setter Who Can Manage Both Cold Leads (scraped By You) And Warm Leads (from Ads, WhatsApp, And Webinars). Your Job Is Simple
Find dentists, start conversations, build trust, and book appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Scrape & Collect Leads : Research dentist and clinic details from online sources, directories, and social media.
- Handle Inbound Leads : Quickly respond to leads coming from ads, WhatsApp, or webinars.
- Lead Nurturing : Follow up with both cold and warm leads using WhatsApp, calls, and email (scripts & training provided).
- Appointment Booking : Schedule demos with qualified dentists for the senior sales team.
- Reminders & Follow-ups : Ensure high show-up rates for booked appointments.
- Reporting : Maintain daily / weekly updates on leads contacted, appointments booked, and conversions.
Targets (KPIs)
Scraped Leads : Add 250–300 new dentists / week, book 8–10 appointments.Ad / Webinar Leads : Book 5–7 appointments / week with faster response times.Combined Goal : 12–15 quality appointments / week 6–8 deals / month expected.What We're Looking For
Strong internet research and lead scraping skills.Good communication (English + Hindi).Basic knowledge of WhatsApp / email outreach.Quick learner, disciplined, and self-driven.Prior experience in lead generation or telesales is a plus (not mandatory).Compensation
