Key National Leasing Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our national leasing and office transactions strategy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate, workspace, and office space transactions, with a strong track record of managing national or multi-city scale operations.

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in commercial real estate / workspace / office space transactions.
• Prior experience managing national or multi-city scale, ideally in flexible workspace, CRE, IPCs or relevant segments.
• Strong experience in lease structuring and underwriting.
• Credibility in the real estate / CRE ecosystem with strong relationships with brokers, landlords, developers, CRE departments.
