Salary Range : ₹2.5LPA - ₹3.90 LPA

Compensation : Fixed Salary + Lucrative Incentives

Eligibility Criteria :

Education : HSC / Graduate / Post-Graduate (Any stream)

Experience : Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome

Language Requirement : Must be fluent in Hindi | English | Marathi

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our database

Explain product features & handle customer queries

Convert leads into successful closures

Meet or exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets

Maintain accurate records of conversations & follow-ups

Skills Required :

Strong communication in Hindi / English

Sales & negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of financial products (Loans, Credit Cards) is an advantage

Positive attitude, confidence & willingness to learn
