Role Overview

The Website Manager will serve as the strategic and operational owner of the university’s website ecosystem. This role requires strong CMS expertise—specifically in Drupal—and the ability to collaborate with external website development and maintenance vendors. The Website Manager will ensure the website is updated, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with the university’s brand, marketing goals, and digital strategy. The candidate will be responsible for content governance, performance reporting, SEO oversight, UX coordination, and ensuring seamless day-to-day website

operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Website Oversight

• Own the website roadmap aligned with marketing and admissions priorities.
• Plan and manage rollout of new features, enhancements, and content structures.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise updates.
