Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical with minimum 5-6 years’ experience Experience with battery systems and / or power distribution unit system, HV and LV electrical components is MUST Strong Creo design experience – working with concepts & assemblies Strong sheet metal design experience Fluent English communication skills and ability to work in team environment
Design and development of battery systems as per below requirements :
- Battery power module design – mechanical packaging, layout, low-voltage circuit and components development
- Power module enclosure and mounting design for battery systems
- Concept design and simulation using Creo and Creo simulate
- Creepage and clearance analysis of systems developed
- Wiring harness and cable design
- Sheet metal design for medium to large assemblies
- Use knowledge of various manufacturing processes to deliver the solution that meets DFA & DFM
- Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and standard work guides
