As we scale our footprint across India’s most beautiful destinations, we’re looking for a Growth Hacker — a dynamic go-getter who can blend digital strategy, creative marketing, and on-ground execution to take our brand to the next level.

This is not a conventional marketing role. It’s a hybrid growth role — one that connects digital visibility with real-world execution , brand storytelling with on-site experiences , and strategy with hustle .

The Role

You’ll be the architect of our growth engine — combining creativity, analytics, and resourcefulness to elevate awareness, engagement, and conversion for our luxury projects.

From curating digital campaigns that make people dream of their perfect holiday home to managing the ecosystem of vendors and partners that bring those dreams to life, you’ll have a hand in both the story and the structure of our brand.

Your Core Responsibilities

🌟 Digital Growth & Brand Building

  • Build and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and content creators to craft aspirational campaigns that reflect luxury and emotion.

🌟 Performance & Conversion Hacking

  • Identify high-impact channels and growth loops that convert digital attention into real-world site visits and sales.
  • Use data-driven insights to experiment, iterate, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

    • 🌟 Vendor & Collaboration Management

  • Identify and manage digital, creative, and event vendors.
  • Partner with photographers, stylists, and influencers for brand storytelling and collaborations.

    • 🌟 Material Coordination & Sourcing

  • Coordinate the sourcing of marketing and brand materials — from visual collaterals to on-site installations.
  • Oversee vendor logistics, deliveries, and quality control.
