About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top technical talent across various domains.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from understanding business requirements to onboarding the selected candidates.
Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
4–5 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter (either in an agency or corporate setup).
Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Salesforce, Cloud, DevOps, Data Analytics, etc.).
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting for niche and senior-level IT roles.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities within the IT talent community.
