Our Chennai facility is equipped with advanced  CNC turning, milling, VMC, and HMC machines , supported by a skilled team committed to precision, quality, and efficiency.

We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a  hands-on PPC Engineer  who can plan, schedule, and optimize CNC and assembly operations to keep our production running smoothly and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Create and monitor  daily, weekly, and monthly CNC machining and assembly schedules .
• Allocate jobs across  turning, milling, VMC, and HMC machines  based on capacity and priority.
• Coordinate with design, stores, and procurement for  tooling, fixture, and material readiness .
• Track  machine utilization, downtime, and WIP  — and take action to remove bottlenecks.
• Align machining outputs with  assembly flow  for seamless delivery.
• Manage and update schedules in  ERP (preferably Odoo or SAP) .
• Report key production KPIs : utilization, OTD, lead time, and rework rates.
• Support  Lean, 5S, and Kaizen  initiatives to reduce lead times and improve productivity.
