J ob Summary : The Team Leader (TL) of HR Recruitment is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to finalizing selections. The role demands leadership in managing recruitment strategies, handling job postings, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, and ensuring the best talent is brought on board in alignment with the organization's workforce goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
- Source and attract candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.).
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals and company website.
- Screening & Interviewing :
- Conduct initial screening of applications and resumes.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
- Organize and conduct interviews for potential hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and selection.
- Collaboration & Coordination :
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements.
- Assist in the creation of job descriptions and job specifications.
- Coordinate with HR and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Candidate Experience :
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
- Data Management & Reporting :
- Maintain recruitment databases and records of candidate profiles.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics (time to hire, sourcing channels, etc.) to senior management.
- Onboarding :
- Assist in preparing and sending offer letters and employment contracts.
- Ensure timely and effective onboarding for new hires.
- Employer Branding :
- Promote the company's employer brand and culture in the job market.
- Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and other recruitment events.
- Compliance :
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure equal opportunity and diversity standards are upheld in recruitment practices.
- Educational Background :
- Any Graduate
- Experience :
- 4 -8 years of experience in Bulk Hiring recruitment, preferably in a executive capacity.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.
- Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and job portals.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Attributes :
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proactive and driven to meet hiring goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an advantage.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or other recruitment tools is desirable.
