Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Recruiter located in Gurugram. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. The Assistant Recruiter will also assist in candidate engagement, maintain accurate records of hiring processes, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs. Additional responsibilities include administrative tasks related to recruitment and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Experience with recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage recruitment workflows effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Prior experience in aviation or transport recruitment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
