Job descriptionJob Accountabilities - Ensuring that all PCs have required patches updated, Diagnose and resolve technical issues Provide desktop and Laptop support Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops Install authorised software to laptops and desktops Fault-finding to laptops and desktops Completing internal user moves Providing support for MAC and PC Installing specific softwares, authorized by the company Providing Assistance to users during VC & Presentations Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed by the IT Manager (Ex : PC refreshment, OS Upgradation, Software Upgradation, etc..) Additional responsibilities as requested by the IT Manager Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) - Troubleshooting Skills, Windows Operating Systems Knowledge, Computer Networking Concepts Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications) - BE / B Sc-IT / B.Tech Experience - 1 to 3 yrs
