About the Role

As an HR Recruiter at DRIMCO , you’ll lead hiring for cutting-edge roles (India + Germany) in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Product Managers, Engineering and Senior Executives . You’ll work closely with our leadership team to identify top talent, streamline HR processes, and create a best-in-class candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior positions, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Product Managers and Engineering roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, skills, and success profiles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR and recruitment processes , ensuring consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
• Build and track HR analytics dashboards for hiring metrics, diversity goals, and performance indicators.
• Strengthen employer branding through engaging candidate experiences and outreach initiatives.
