About the Role

This is not a sales internship — it’s a Founder’s Office internship where you’ll work directly with the founder and small core team on end-to-end strategy and execution across multiple business functions.

You’ll get full ownership, work on real problems, and learn how an early-stage startup operates from 0 to 1.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll be actively involved in :

Marketing & Growth Strategy : Shaping AmbitionX’s outreach across digital and community channels.
Product & Operations : Helping design smooth user experiences and operational workflows.
Sales Strategy & Partnerships : Building systems that scale, not cold calls.
AI-Enabled Execution : Using AI tools and automation for smarter, faster execution across all functions.
Market Research & Insights : Analyzing user behavior, competitors, and startup ecosystems.

Who We’re Looking For

MBA 1st or 2nd year students (preferably in Delhi NCR region)

Passionate about startups, strategy, and product building

Curious, self-driven, and comfortable with ownership and ambiguity

Strong communication and research skills

Familiarity with or interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.)
