Senior oracle database administrator

Hiring : Senior Oracle DBA with Golden Gate Experience | Location : (Add Location / Remote) We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle DBA with strong expertise in Oracle Golden Gate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in database administration, performance tuning, high availability, and data replication. ???? Key Responsibilities :

Manage, administer, and maintain Oracle databases in production and non-production environments.

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Oracle Golden Gate for real-time data replication. Perform database performance tuning, optimization, and capacity planning.

Implement backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery strategies.

Support database upgrades, patching, and migration activities.

Ensure database security, integrity, and availability.

Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to resolve database-related issues. ???? Required Skills & Experience : 6–10 years of experience as an Oracle DBA (or update as needed). Hands-on experience with Oracle Golden Gate (installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting). Strong knowledge of Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and performance tuning.

Experience with RMAN backup and restore strategies.

Knowledge of Linux / Unix environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ???? Preferred Skills :

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) is a plus.

Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python) is an advantage.
