Role Description

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and retention.
  • Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the fitness centre, including staffing, scheduling, facility maintenance, and member services.
  • Build a good relationship with potential clients and convince them to enroll with us.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of fitness instructors, trainers, and front desk staff.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards within the centre.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in fitness centre management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Maintain an impeccable professional appearance and high grooming standards

Qualifications

  • A university degree in any field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong people skills : you naturally connect with others.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing daily operational tasks.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle is a plus!
