Position : Talent Acquisition Intern

Location : Mumbai

Duration : 6 months

About the Role :

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment process end-to-end. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while working closely with the HR team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support HR team in employer branding and onboarding activities
• Handle basic communication and follow-ups with applicants
