Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across target segments :
  • o Corporates & Business Groups
  • o Educational Institutions (Schools, Colleges, Universities, Academies)
  • o Government Projects (Sports Authorities, Municipal Bodies, Public Sector)
  • o Channel Partners, Dealers & Contractors
  • o Architects & Consultants
  • o Sports Clubs, Gyms, and Associations
  • Achieve individual sales targets assigned by the B2B Manager.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote sports infrastructure solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

2. Lead Management & CRM Coordination

  • Update and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
  • Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion progress on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate with the CRM Manager to ensure timely preparation of quotations and proposals.
  • Maintain a clear record of client interactions, site visits, and project discussions.
  • 3. Quotation, Proposal & Coordination Support

  • Work closely with the CRM Manager and Design Team for accurate and timely preparation of quotations, BOQs, and layouts.
  • Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements and approved by the B2B Manager before submission.
  • Support the B2B Manager and Branch Sales Manager in preparing presentations and responding to client queries.
  • 4. Market Research & Reporting

  • Gather market intelligence, competitor data, and pricing trends in Tamil Nadu’s sports infrastructure segment.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the B2B Manager.
  • Share insights on potential clients, key projects, and regional business opportunities.
  • Assist in executing sales strategies and promotional activities in coordination with the Marketing team.
  • 5. Team Coordination & Support

  • Collaborate with fellow sales executives and the CRM team to ensure seamless lead handling and client service.
  • Participate in internal reviews, performance meetings, and training sessions.
  • Escalate operational challenges and client concerns to the B2B Manager for timely resolution.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of individual B2B sales targets.
  • Number of new qualified leads generated and converted.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates.
  • On-time submission of quotations and proposals.
  • Client satisfaction and repeat business ratio.
  • Contribution to regional and branch-level sales performance.
