Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation :
Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
Cold Calling & Email Outreach :
Reach out to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and decision-makers to introduce TalentOnLease services.
Fixing Meetings :
Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person meetings between prospects and the business team.
Client Engagement :
Understand client requirements and propose suitable hiring solutions.
Pipeline Management :
Maintain and update the sales pipeline.
Market Research :
Track industry trends, new projects, and upcoming hiring needs across sectors.
Desired Skills & Competencies :
Excellent
verbal and written communication

Comfortable with
cold calling, lead qualification, and handling objections.
Strong interest in
B2B sales, client relationship management, or recruitment services.
Proficiency in
