Job descriptionDevelop proof-of-concept prototypes for new battery technologies and system integrations Research and analyse emerging battery chemistries and their potential applications in mobility solutions Support intellectual property development through patent research and technical documentation Optimize battery pack design for 2nd life vehicle and stationary applications Conduct lifecycle assessments of battery systems from manufacturing to end-of-life management Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field 1–3 years experience in battery technology, energy storage systems, or automotive engineering Experience with battery testing, BMS development, or thermal management systems preferred EV / Energy storage industry exposure preferred Battery technology fundamentals including lithium-ion, solid-state, and emerging chemistries Thermal management systems including cooling strategies, heat exchangers, and HVAC design Testing equipment operation (battery analyzers, thermal chambers, oscilloscopes) Simulation software experience (MATLAB / Simulink, ANSYS, COMSOL, or similar) CAD software proficiency for mechanical design and system integration Data analysis skills using Python, MATLAB, or similar tools Innovation mindset with passion for developing breakthrough battery technologies Problem-solving abilities for complex technical challenges in battery systems Project management skills to lead R&D initiatives from concept to implementation Cross-functional collaboration with ability to work across engineering disciplines Technical communication to present complex concepts to diverse audiences Continuous learning attitude toward emerging battery technologies and industry trends Opportunity to work on cutting-edge battery innovation projects Access to state-of-the-art testing facilities and R&D infrastructure Collaboration with leading battery technology researchers and industry experts Platform to shape the future of sustainable energy storage solutions Professional development in the rapidly evolving battery technology landscape
