About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT or Non-IT domains, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage hiring needs efficiently. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver quality talent within timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial telephonic and video screenings to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards using Excel.
- Prepare recruitment-related presentations and reports for internal reviews.
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth hiring operations.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).1–2 years of proven experience in IT or Non-IT recruitment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, reporting) and presentation tools (PowerPoint).Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and applicant tracking systems.Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
